These terms govern your use of paypermerchant.io and apply.paypermerchant.io (the "Site"), operated by PayPerMerchant . By using the Site you agree to them.

1. What we are

PayPerMerchant is a lead generation company. We are not a lender, funder, broker, or ISO. We do not originate, underwrite, or fund financing, and we do not make credit decisions. We are paid a flat fee per lead by the business that buys it.

2. What we sell

We sell leads, not funded deals. Contact rate, close rate, and funded volume depend on your criteria, your states, your speed to contact, and your sales process, none of which we control. Our written commitments are limited to: exclusivity, the published qualification gates, the consent record, real-time delivery, and the replacement terms.

3. The 10 free leads offer

The offer applies to your first ten qualified, delivered merchant applications. It does not promise booked meetings, funded deals, or revenue outcomes. A lead that misses a published qualification gate is credited and does not count toward the ten.

4. Lead purchases and credits

Specific pricing, delivery, and replacement terms for ongoing purchases are set out in the ordering agreement you sign with us before paid delivery begins. If a lead fails a published qualification gate, you don't pay for it, the credit process and review window are defined in that agreement.

5. Acceptable use

• Use lead data only to evaluate and contact the merchant who submitted it, in compliance with applicable law, including TCPA and state telemarketing rules.
• Do not resell, share, or re-broker leads we deliver to you.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, or attempt to access parts of the Site not made available to you.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content is the property of PayPerMerchant and may not be reproduced without written permission. References to third-party tools or services are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for third-party content.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This site is not part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc. and is not endorsed by Meta or Google in any way.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayPerMerchant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Site or these terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PayPerMerchant is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. Questions: book a call and ask us directly.
