Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of paypermerchant.io and apply.paypermerchant.io (the "Site"), operated by PayPerMerchant, a trading name of Tishin Family Wealth LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to them.

1. What we are

PayPerMerchant is a lead generation company. We are not a lender, funder, broker, or ISO. We do not originate, underwrite, or fund financing, and we do not make credit decisions. We are paid a flat fee per lead by the business that buys it.

2. What we sell

We sell leads, not funded deals. Contact rate, close rate, and funded volume depend on your criteria, your states, your speed to contact, and your sales process, none of which we control. Our written commitments are limited to: exclusivity, the pre-qualification of every lead, the consent record, and real-time delivery.

3. Pricing and the first order

Your first order is 50 leads for $3,000. After that, leads are $60 each, billed flat, with no setup fee, no retainer, and no lock-in. You can reorder any amount or pause at any time.

Leads are sold as delivered and are not refunded. We sell the lead, not an outcome: we do not promise a contact, a booked meeting, a funded deal, or a revenue result.

4. Lead purchases

Specific pricing and delivery terms for ongoing purchases are set out in the ordering agreement you sign with us before paid delivery begins.

5. Acceptable use

6. Intellectual property

All Site content is the property of PayPerMerchant and may not be reproduced without written permission. References to third-party tools or services are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for third-party content.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This site is not part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc. and is not endorsed by Meta or Google in any way.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayPerMerchant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Site or these terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, the state in which Tishin Family Wealth LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. Questions: book a call and ask us directly.
